We ship with UPS and sometimes UPS for larger orders. In most cases tracking will be provided.
We typically ship within 2-3 days of your order, excluding weekends. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the USPS and UPS shipping times to your area. We are not responsible for delayed packages out of our control.
Every item is made to order and therefore cannot be refunded.
Returns will be accepted for defective products as an exchange only process. Please check the sizing chart for your size as “it doesn’t fit right” is not a valid defect.
In the case of a defective product, we will exchange your item with the exact product as long as the return is received within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, no returns will be accepted. All returns MUST be received in the original condition it was shipped to you. Washed, used or altered products will not qualify for an exchange.
Contact us via our contact form or email sales@strangerprints.com with a description of the defect and a photo of the defect, along with your name and order number. We will provide return instructions via email on all defect replacements.
